We understand that the administrative burden of starting a business can be overwhelming. That’s why we offer our services completely free of charge to eligible small businesses, ensuring that lack of knowledge or resources never stands in the way of legitimacy.

Bianca created Rise4Biz with a simple mission: make business ownership accessible to everyone, not just those who can afford expensive filings, consultants, or compliance guidance. With years of hands-on experience supporting entrepreneurs in both California and Tennessee, she saw firsthand how many small businesses fail—not because of lack of talent, but because of lack of support and clear information.
